Caribbean Punch

bullet1 Fifth Red Wine,
bullet1 Fifth Whiskey
bullet2 Cups Rum
bullet2 Oz. Benedictine
bullet3/4 Cup Apricot Brandy
bullet3/4 Cup Triple Sec
bullet3 Cups Orange juice
bullet2 Cups Lemon Juice
bulletFresh Fruit

 

Mixing instructions:

In a 2 gallon punch bowl, Mix ingredients. Add mold or block of ice. Garnish with lemon, orange and/or lime slices. (Makes about 30 servings.)

Caribbean Kiss

Ingredients:

bullet6/18 Dark rum (well aged)
bullet3/18 Amaretto
bullet3/18 Kahlua
bullet6/18 Cream
bulletCinnamon
bulletBrown sugar

Mixing instructions:

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in Kahlùa, then in brown sugar. Shake the spirits and cream with ice, strain into the frosted glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
